Peace Village is located on a large estate among the West Flanders hills. We have everything in the house (and garden) for you to have a blast! Below is an overview of our grounds and the equipment we have available. Do you still have a question? Shoot!
Playground
Around the building, there is plenty of space to play or rest by a beautiful view. On the grounds you will find a playground and a bar with a terrace. Picnic tables are scattered all around the property. With as many as 150 seats, you can always find a spot! For a cozy evening around the fire, we have a campfire pit.
It is best to request a campfire in advance from us, you can do so here. Just like inside, we also have a beautiful large amphitheater outside. From here, you have a stunning view of the Kemmelberg and the rolling landscape around Messines.
Sports ground
On our grounds, you can enjoy a variety of sports: we have soccer and volleyball fields, a basketball court, and a ping pong table. Additionally, there’s a large chessboard for an epic game of chess, and you can safely store your bike in our secure bike shed. Just a 400-meter walk away, the Mesen market square offers a playground and a pétanque court.
Game Materials
At Peace Village, we encourage sports and exercise!
Therefore, we provide each group with a sports locker full of fun materials free of charge.
There is also a refrigerator with drinks that you can consume when the bar is closed.
For added comfort and convenience, we offer a laundry room to wash your clothes, we also provide lockers.
Play Forest
At the far end of our grounds, there is a forested area with bushes. It’s the perfect spot to build a camp, play hide and seek, or simply immerse yourself in nature!
