Hiking and biking
At Peace Village, we also have our own hiking and biking maps with three hiking trails that start at our hostel, in cooperation with the National Geographic Institute. During your stay, your group can get this card for free at the reception desk.
City tours
Around Peace Village, you can do several City Tours to discover the rich history and culture of the region. These tours take you past important historical sites, beautiful landscapes and local attractions. From World War I and the Menin Gate to Ypres and its beautiful nature, there is a City Tour to suit everyone.

Own workshops
We offer many exciting and educational workshops and would be happy to help you choose. From music and walks to traditional folk games and presentations on the Great War.
Global Peace Games
Every year, the Global Peace Games takes place in more than 66 countries. For a week, young people from different countries work around sports, conflict and peace education. The Belgian edition has been going on at Peace Village since 2014. The Global Peace Games are organized by the Childrens Football Alliance, More info regarding their work can be found here.
